HUNTFEST Exhibitor: Application Form & Contract
Booth spaces will be assigned upon full payment of fees. It is first come first serve depending on availability. Final booth allocations are at the discretion of HUNTFEST Management. Huntfest cannot guarantee your space selection will be available and reserves the right to allocate space in the best interests of the event. Packing up early and setting up late are subject to a $100 additional charge each occurrence. Vendors are allowed to sell their products, advertise and prepare for accordingly.

Cancellations:
  • Before May 1, 2012 – may qualify for all refunds less a $75.00 processing fee
  • May 1 – June 30, 2012 – forfeit of 50% booth payment & $75.00 processing fee
  • After June 30, 2012 – forfeit of all booth payment (may qualify for refund of incidentals)
